Bethany Unger

Beth received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She has spent 25yrs as a scientist studying virology and cancer biology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Her broad range of experience includes molecular biology, cell biology, microscopy and biochemistry. She is the author and co-author of 12 journal article publications and has presented her work at national and international conferences.

Beth received her certified clinical, level 2 aromatherapy certification from American College of Healthcare Sciences (ACHS) in 2015; Beth has received further training through the Tisserand Institute, completing Fundamental Chemistry and Molecular Dynamics certification courses. She has also completed and received her certification in Essential oil Essentials and Formulation courses from the Tisserand Institute.
Beth sits on the executive committee for the Aromatic Research Quality Appraisal Taskforce (ARQAT); is a research committee member for The Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA), and a member of the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA). Beth utilizes the science of essential oils in her aromatherapy product company, custom blending and consultation services.
